Delivery Time Period For Australian Orders
Australia wide: within 7 days of the order having been placed, or as advised by email.
The majority of orders arrive within this transit time, however if your order has still not arrived after more than five full working days after the end of the transit time above, please contact us at: 1300 879 863 or click here to send your enquiry by email.
Overseas Shipments (excluding New Zealand)
Yes we can prepare and despatch orders to any country in the world. For orders outside of Australia and New Zealand please get in contact with us to request a quote.
Postage & Handling Fee Schedule for Overseas
Arborvitae Health and Wellbeing Pty Limited is not responsible for any local import tariffs, duties, fees, or taxes levied by your country or its departments (if any). You are obliged to accept the order package and pay these fees and any collection fees which may be charged by the carrier. These fees are not included in the order total because Arborvitae Health and Wellbeing Pty Limited is not in any way associated with their collection. If the package is returned to us, you are still responsible for the shipping costs. If products are abandoned by customers who refuse to pay the above fees, they are generally impounded by your local customs dept or agency and there can be no refund by Arborvitae Health and Wellbeing Pty Limited on the purchase.

How Your Product Will Be Delivered
Our Delivery Carriers
Currently Arborvitae uses Australia Post to deliver to all Australian States, Territories and overseas. Our Delivery Carrier is committed to providing a high quality parcel service with consistent on-time delivery.
Occasionally our delivery carrier may leave your bottle/s at the local Post Office if they have been unable to deliver to your specified delivery address. In this instance Australia Post will leave a Calling Card. If Australia Post does not hear from you within 7 days of leaving a Calling Card, they will contact Arborvitae Health and Wellbeing Pty Limited to clarify further action.
Undeliverable Bottles of Arborvitae
If a delivery of Arborvitae bottles is deemed undeliverable by the assigned carrier, they will advise Arborvitae Health and Wellbeing Pty Limited. We will then contact you by email or phone to arrange re-delivery.
As part of our Quality & Value Guarantee Arborvitae will accept returns for any faulty or damaged product. Under these circumstances, Arborvitae Health and Wellbeing Pty Limited will gladly refund return delivery costs for those goods returned. Any claim for replacement due to fault or damage should be made to Arborvitae Health and Wellbeing Pty Limited within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
To process your return of goods, please call or email us first and then we will be in contact with you to arrange a refund or replacement.
